Rules & Regulations

  • Eligibility: All PHSA employees are eligible for a referral reward(s). Those who are involved in the employment process and are responsible for the hiring decision, such as Hiring Managers and direct supervisors, are eligible only if the referral is not for their specific department. 
  • Current employees and their referred candidate(s) must be employed at PHSA on the date of the reward payout eligibility.
  • If your referred candidate(s) - regular full-time, regular part-time or casual is/are hired by PHSA you will be able to choose from the list of Bonus Rewards. There is no limit to the number of candidates you refer, if successful as a new hire - each one will be rewarded separately.
  • If you refer a candidate as a General Referral, they may not be hired right away until an appropriate job is available. However, if your candidate is hired at some future date you will be eligible for a Bonus Reward.
  • If your referred candidate(s) is/are hired for any of PHSA's Jobs in the Spotlight, you will earn double rewards, increasing the odds of your success.
